Job Title: Procurement Specialist – Integrations & Coupa Management
Role Summary:
Leads end‑to‑end procurement operations, optimizes sourcing, and manages Coupa platform and ServiceNow integrations. Acts as Coupa SME, ensuring data integrity, automated workflows, and stakeholder alignment while driving cost savings and process efficiencies.
Expactations:
- Maintain a stable, high‑performance Coupa environment.
- Deliver measurable improvements in procurement cycle times and cost savings.
- Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction across Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
- Ensure accuracy of integrations and minimal data errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities: sourcing, requisitioning, vendor onboarding, PO management, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop and execute category strategies for assigned spend.
- Analyze spend to identify optimization opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Serve as Coupa SME: maintain supplier data, catalogs, approval workflows; create dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Lead user training, change management, and troubleshooting of Coupa.
- Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow workflows for procurement intake, vendor onboarding, routing, approvals, and ticketing.
- Collaborate with IT to manage Coupa‑ERP, HRIS, Finance, AP, and contract system integrations; monitor APIs, data mapping, and master data accuracy.
- Resolve integration issues with vendors and partners.
- Partner with suppliers to ensure onboarding readiness, compliance, and performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices.
- Support implementation of new procurement technologies and digital solutions.
Required Skills:
- 3–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain operations experience.
- Hands‑on management and administration of Coupa.
- Strong understanding of P2P, S2P, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, data workflows, and ServiceNow.
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications: Coupa Certified Practitioner (preferred), ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) certification (preferred), Project Management Certification (preferred).
