ServiceNow SCRUM Master

We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Scrum Master to lead our agile teams in delivering ServiceNow solutions that drive operational excellence. The Scrum Master will act as a servant-leader for one or more ServiceNow development teams, ensuring agile principles are followed, impediments are removed, and collaboration is optimized across IT, business stakeholders, and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as a servant-leader for ServiceNow development teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and ensure clarity of user stories.

• Track and report team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics.

• Ensure the team follows agile best practices and Scrum framework.

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Support adoption of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and platform capabilities within the team.

• Identify and address risks or dependencies affecting delivery.

• Assist with coordinating UAT, deployments, and change management in alignment with ServiceNow processes.
