**Job Title**: SharePoint Administrator **Role Summary**: Support SharePoint Online administration, development, and maintenance to ensure efficient collaboration and compliance. **Expectations**: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support or SharePoint administration; graduate or recent graduate in a technical field. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and security groups. - Configure libraries, lists, metadata, and content types. - Customize SharePoint pages using web parts, templates, and branding. - Develop workflows and automation with Power Automate and Power Apps. - Monitor site performance and provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support. - Migrate legacy content to SharePoint Online and integrate with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive). - Document configurations and ensure compliance with governance policies. **Required Skills**: - SharePoint Online administration and configuration. - Power Automate/Power Apps workflow development. - Technical troubleshooting and support for SharePoint-related incidents. - Content migration and Microsoft 365 integration. - Technical documentation and governance compliance. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent academic program.
