Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Work Hours and Location

8AM-5PM CST

Job Location: Onsite, Austin, TX. *This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week. Candidates must be local to Austin, Texas area.**

Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration:

Assist in managing SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and security groups.
Support configuration of libraries, lists, metadata, and content types.

Development and Customization:

Participate in creating and modifying SharePoint pages using web parts, templates, and branding elements.
Assist in developing workflows and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Maintenance and Support:

Monitor site health and performance; escalate issues as needed.
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for SharePoint-related incidents and service requests.

Migration and Integration:

Support migration of content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
Assist in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive).

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and standards.
Ensure adherence to organizational governance and security policies.

Qualifications

Minimum (Required):

Graduate-level student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3 years of:

Prior internship or professional experience in IT support or SharePoint administration.
Demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge to practical technical tasks.

Preferred (Optional):

3 years of:

Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site hierarchy, and permissions model.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and administration concepts.
Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SharePoint customization.
Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
