Job Description
**Job Title**: Sales & Customer Service Ambassador **Role Summary** Remote liaison responsible for creating the initial patient experience and securing consultations with surgical centers. Facilitate inbound and outbound communication via phone, SMS, live chat, and email, manage follow‑ups, and address patient escalations while adhering to quality and compliance standards. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed individual sales and scheduling targets. - Maintain consistent, accurate data entry in CRM systems. - Operate a private, secure home workspace that meets privacy requirements. - Flexibly work scheduled hours, including at least one weekend day weekly. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Respond to inbound patient inquiries and proactively contact prospects to schedule free consultations. 2. Conduct light medical screening and candidate qualification per call flow. 3. Capture, update, and document patient information in CRM with detailed notes. 4. Handle non‑urgent, urgent, and emergent medical escalations by directing patients to appropriate center staff or on‑call clinicians. 5. Send follow‑up requests and warm‑transfer patients to surgical centers. 6. Maintain compliance with call flow, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. 7. Build rapport, address objections, and guide patients toward treatment solutions. 8. Collaborate with Leadership, Training, and QA teams to stay informed on services, policies, and process updates. **Required Skills** - Minimum 1 year of sales experience with quota or objective attainment. - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at navigating sensitive conversations. - Strong technical proficiency: use of PC, multiple software systems, and CRM platforms. - Self‑starter, highly motivated, and goal‑driven. - Ability to establish a private, lockable workspace at home. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent. - No specific certifications required, though completion of internal training programs is mandatory. **Legal/Residency Requirement** - Applicant must reside in the state of Nevada.
