Product Manager – Water Products
**Role Summary**
Lead strategy, performance, and evolution of the water portfolio (rental water heaters, water purification solutions, and related offerings). Manage product lifecycle, support P&L, and mentor a Product Analyst. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations to ensure market fit and profitability.

- Conduct market and customer trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage category P&L and contribute to forecasting, margin analysis, and business cases for launches and enhancements.
- Lead a Product Analyst and foster a cross‑functional, customer‑focused culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute the product roadmap for water heaters and purification solutions.
2. Monitor product performance and customer trends; identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Lead pricing, positioning, and lifecycle optimization initiatives.
4. Manage category P&L; provide forecasting, margin analysis, and financial reporting.
5. Build business cases for new product introductions and enhancements.
6. Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to assess cost structures and profitability.
7. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Operations for smooth go‑to‑market execution and service readiness.
8. Align product strategy with Senior Manager and broader product team.
9. Mentor and develop a Product Analyst (analytics, reporting, professional growth).
10. Promote a collaborative, customer‑centric team culture.
**Required Skills**
- Product management or business analysis experience (4–6 years).
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking; P&L and business case development proficiency.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Visio).
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort with long‑term, recurring revenue business models; durable goods or home services experience a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or product management credentials) are a plus but not mandatory.
