Expectations: 8+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years specifically in Salesforce product management; strong expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds; proven Agile/Scrum facilitation; excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables; Salesforce certifications are a plus. Key Responsibilities: • Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap in concert with business strategy. • Capture business needs and convert them into clear, testable user stories. • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and prioritize the backlog. • Partner with developers, architects, and QA to ensure the timely, high‑quality delivery of enhancements and integrations. • Work with business stakeholders to improve and extend Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. • Track platform KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend data‑driven optimizations. Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years overall experience, 3+ years Salesforce PM. • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds). • Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management. • Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement. • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives. • Analytical mindset for KPI monitoring and platform improvement. • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Product Management) are preferred. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
