Job Specifications

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce functionality, ensuring high-quality releases, and collaborating with development and business teams to deliver reliable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Conduct data validation and backend testing related to Salesforce objects and fields.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support UAT testing and release cycles.
Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.

Required Skills

6+ years of QA testing experience, with 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Experience with manual testing and test case creation.
Familiarity with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.).
Knowledge of API and integration testing is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC/STLC.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
Basic knowledge of SOQL queries.
Salesforce certification is a plus.
