Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Consultative B2B sales professional responsible for maximizing revenue for packaging solutions through prospecting, account retention, and share‑of‑wallet expansion. Works cross‑functionally with sourcing, custom tooling, and studio teams to close complex project deals, while maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Deliver outstanding customer experience (Customer Thrill). - Use Salesforce and other sales tools to manage pipeline, proposals, and reporting. - Represent company values and support branch performance metrics. - Travel as needed for client visits and sales meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts; develop a robust book of business. - Create accurate proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Retain existing customers through ongoing engagement and upsell of products and services. - Expand accounts by increasing share of wallet with new and existing offerings. - Collaborate with value‑added sales resources (sourcing, studio, custom tooling) to complete complex sales cycles. - Establish and honor contractual terms; monitor delivery and customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain effective supplier relationships and in‑depth product knowledge. - Utilize Salesforce, marketing tools, and MS Office to drive results. - Travel to client sites as required; maintain a mobile work schedule. **Required Skills:** - ≥3 years of proven consultative B2B sales experience with complex project management. - Strong relationship‑building and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). - High financial acumen, detailed‑oriented, and merchant‑mindset. - Ability to partner with internal teams, leverage sales tools, and close deals. - Self‑motivated, creative, and highly competitive with urgency and time‑management proficiency. - Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce CRM experience strongly preferred. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
