Job title: Technical Program Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end management of complex technical programs, architecting program charters, plans, and governance structures to drive business outcomes and cross‑functional alignment.
Expectations:
Deliver measurable program outcomes on scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author program charters that define scope, timeline, OKRs, resources, risks, and dependencies for advanced programs.
- Develop phase‑level project plans, risk matrices, and visibility dashboards.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable informed decision making.
- Optimize team roles, manage escalations, and conduct effective program meetings.
- Independently triage technical issues, assess impact, and resolve tooling or process requests.
- Design and execute program communication plans tailored to stakeholder types.
- Manage change‑management activities, including rollout plans, impact analyses, and misalignment resolution.
- Collect, track, and report program data, ensuring governance, post‑mortem analysis, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Advanced program management methodologies (PgM/TPM)
- Team and stakeholder management, communications, and execution governance
- Technical judgment for software and engineering environments
- Planning, portfolio management, and continuous improvement competencies
- Ability to influence across cross‑functional teams and navigate change
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related disciplines (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM) are preferred.
