**Job Title:** Vice President of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead and scale the digital growth engine for a fast‑growing SaaS financial services company. Own the full‑funnel demand generation strategy, drive pipeline, revenue, and long‑term growth through data‑driven marketing, ABM, events, and AI‑powered innovation.
**Expectations:**
- Executive‑level partnership with Sales, Product, Brand, and RevOps to align growth initiatives.
- Demonstrate measurable demand generation and ABM successes in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services context.
- Champion AI adoption across campaign optimization, personalization, analytics, and performance insights.
- Build and develop a high‑performing digital marketing team and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and execute the full‑funnel demand generation strategy with pipeline and revenue accountability.
- Lead account‑based marketing initiatives targeting high‑value enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Design and deliver a scalable event and field marketing program, including industry conferences, hosted events, and executive roundtables.
- Drive AI adoption for campaign optimization, personalization, analytics, and performance insights.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a digital marketing team.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and RevOps to ensure alignment and execution.
**Required Skills:**
- 12+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with senior leadership roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record in demand generation and ABM with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks, analytics, and AI/automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with an execution‑focused, hands‑on mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) are a plus.
