We’re seeking a Senior Manager-level AI Advisory Consultant who can translate complex data into tangible impact across the healthcare landscape. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where strategic thinking meets real-world application. You’ll guide payer and provider organizations through end-to-end AI delivery—helping bridge compliance, clinical operations, and executive vision to drive measurable efficiency outcomes.
What’s the job?
Lead enterprise-grade AI solution design and delivery across healthcare operations
Partner with payer and provider clients to identify automation, NLP, or predictive modeling opportunities
Align compliance, clinical, and operations teams to drive adoption and change management
Translate analytical results into actionable executive insights and business KPIs
Advise C-suite leaders on AI strategy, governance, and implementation best practices
What’s needed?
10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, payer, or provider environments
Proven track record deploying AI or automation initiatives with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of EHR/EMR, claims, and eligibility data ecosystems
Ability to communicate AI value to non-technical audiences
Experience balancing compliance and innovation in healthcare data environments
