**Job Title:** Business Process Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Act as a hands‑on transformation partner to the Head of Operations, leading end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives across R&D, engineering, production, procurement, and facilities. Drive practical solutions from assessment to implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational scale.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable operational improvements and adoption of modern tools.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, influence outcomes through storytelling and data.
- Communicate complex topics to senior leadership in concise, executive‑ready formats.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future‑state workflows.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, standard work instructions, procedures, and operating guidelines.
- Develop and execute action plans to close process gaps and support adoption.
- Design and facilitate workshops on process improvement, role clarity, and system adoption.
- Produce executive‑ready materials, operational reviews, and ad‑hoc analyses.
- Support the deployment and governance of digital tools (PowerBI, monday.com, Jira, Confluence, SAP).
- Act as liaison among end users, leadership, IT, and system owners.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, facilities, and corporate teams to ensure seamless cross‑functional operations.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in business process improvement and operational transformation (10+ years preferred).
- Experience within engineering or R&D environments, preferably automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, monday.com (or similar Work OS/PPM), Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
- Working knowledge of SAP (functional expertise not required).
- Strong facilitation, data‑driven analysis, and change‑management skills.
- Ability to navigate cultural, functional, and geographic differences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
