**Job Title:** Salesforce Systems Integration Engineer
**Role Summary:** Designs and implements complex multi‑cloud, multi‑org Salesforce solutions for a public‑sector client, balancing standardization with agency‑specific customizations while ensuring security, scalability, and reuse across multiple agencies.
**Expactations:** Deliver architecture blueprints, lead integration design, establish reusable patterns, maintain security guardrails, and align solutions with agency business strategies and use cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define full enterprise architecture blueprints covering business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
- Design scalable multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions utilizing Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and other platform capabilities.
- Set system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration and environment strategies.
- Extend public‑sector Salesforce data models to meet specific agency requirements.
- Create reusable intake, engagement, portal, and omni‑channel patterns for cross‑agency reuse.
- Ensure agency use cases (e.g., child welfare, licensing, investigation) fit standardized Salesforce accelerators, avoiding custom silos.
- Architect data flows and cross‑agency analytics, securing data governance and reporting.
- Lead integration work with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft connectivity.
- Apply Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years in complex integration projects, 2+ years in a leadership role.
- 7+ years Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.
- 2+ years of REST/SOAP API and MuleSoft integration work.
- 2+ years designing large multi‑org or multi‑tenant Salesforce solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in multi‑cloud architecture, omni‑channel solutions, data modelling, and analytics.
- Strong communication and architectural design skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
