Overview: 

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will support our client’s Internet Technology team with their business improvement efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized with extremely high attention to detail to ensure data entry, reporting, and data analysis tasks are completed timely and accurately. Good interpersonal and communication skills are valued with this role to triage project requests and distribute tasks to project managers.

Duties

Perform accurate Data Entry in PeopleSoft
Work with Project Managers to support various strategies and initiatives needed to meet project deliverables.
Support continuous improvement efforts and support business process updates
Perform other duties as assigned to support the key function of the team

Mandatory Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors Degree
1 – 3 years of experience supporting business process improvement efforts in a project coordinator role
1 – 3 years of experience supporting Project Managers and Team Leaders on ad-hoc requests for supports
1 – 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Adobe Acrobat
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
Strong written and oral communication skills
