Job Description

Job Title: IAM/Okta Information Security Specialist Role Summary: Specialist responsible for configuring and managing cloud-based Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions, primarily Okta, to support application integrations, user provisioning, and access management across SaaS platforms. Works on incident resolution, change management, and documentation to maintain secure and compliant IAM infrastructure. Expectations: Minimum 3 years of experience in access control and IAM provisioning. Proven ability to integrate SaaS applications using Okta, MFA, SSO, OAuth, and SAML. Comfortable with scripting and agile development processes. Knowledge of security frameworks and IAM concepts preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain IAM objects (users, groups, service accounts, API tokens). - Facilitate application integrations with Okta and other IDaaS tools. - Conduct incident response and follow change management procedures. - Produce and update IAM documentation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IAM projects and releases. - Utilize scripting (Postman, PowerShell, Python) to automate provisioning tasks. - Participate in agile ceremonies and deliverables. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, writing client- and server-side scripts, configuring UI components, building workflows, and integrating with external systems. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions that maintain platform performance and reliability.
