**Job title** Director, Global CRM **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of global CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, optimize field team effectiveness, and inform business decisions across diverse therapeutic markets. **Expectations** - Align CRM strategy with corporate goals and therapeutic area requirements. - Ensure global scalability, integration, and governance of CRM platforms. - Deliver actionable insights from CRM data to support strategic and operational initiatives. - Champion continuous improvement and innovation in CRM practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and implement end‑to‑end CRM strategy aligned with business objectives. - Lead CRM lifecycle management: requirements gathering, optimization, and enhancements. - Coordinate with therapeutic area leads and cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions. - Drive adoption, governance, and user‑experience improvements across omnichannel platforms. - Partner with IT to configure system integrations and maintain global standards. - Analyze CRM data to extract insights for strategic decision‑making. - Optimize usability for field teams through role‑based views and streamlined workflows. **Required Skills** - Advanced knowledge of Veeva CRM, Salesforce, SFMC, and Marketo. - Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience managing complex global system integrations and implementations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management in matrixed organizations. - Proven track record of driving CRM adoption and governance. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - MBA preferred.
