Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Angular/Java Role Summary: Lead full‑stack development focused on a modular Angular micro‑architecture and supporting Java/Spring Boot APIs for a payment processing gateway. Oversee design, implementation, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, scalable front‑end components and reliable back‑end services, drive CI/CD automation, mentor junior staff, and stay current with enterprise web technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable Angular micro‑architecture (70% of workload). - Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot back‑end APIs, including SQL data integration. - Translate UI/UX designs into interactive, responsive front‑end experiences. - Write automated tests, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for quality and security. - Optimize front‑end and back‑end performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, LUGI) and Git workflows. - Deploy and operate services on AWS, ensuring high availability and resilience. - Write efficient SQL queries for transaction management and data retrieval. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous improvement. - Monitor evolving technologies in Angular, Java, and payment‑gateway security. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Angular (latest version), HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot), SQL, and RESTful API development. - Expertise in frontend micro‑architecture, micro‑frontend patterns, and modular design. - Proven ability to configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or LUGI. - Proficient with Git version control and branch management. - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.). - Solid understanding of front‑end and back‑end performance optimization techniques. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a focus on Angular and front‑end engineering.
