**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Drive high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for a large healthcare system, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers while delivering a premium candidate and manager experience.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver strategic sourcing plans to meet facility hiring targets.
- Manage high‑touch intake, recruitment planning, SLAs, and client service.
- Execute end‑to‑end recruiting from source to offer, including behavioral interviews, assessments, and compensation negotiations.
- Maintain accurate, timely ATS data and articulate business needs to candidates.
- Ensure candidates meet mission alignment, customer service aptitude, and cultural fit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design & implement advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
2. Conduct intake meetings, develop recruitment plans, set SLAs, and provide white‑glove service to candidates and hiring managers.
3. Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, assessment coordination, salary offer preparation, incentive extension, and counter‑offer handling.
4. Serve as a dedicated account manager for assigned hiring managers across multiple facilities.
5. Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
6. Perform rigorous candidate screening to align with mission, culture, and service standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in social networking and internet sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search).
- Strong stakeholder communication and service‑orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience (8 + years considered for higher pay levels).
- Preferred: Agency account management, healthcare, physician office, tech, or RPO recruiting experience.
- Certifications: Talent Acquisition (HCI, NAHCR, RACR) and/or HR (HCI, SHRM) highly valued.
