Job title: Salesforce Architect (nCino)
Role Summary: Design, build, and optimize nCino‑enabled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for scalable banking operations.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end architecture, translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor teams, and ensure Salesforce/nCino governance, security, and performance best practices are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Salesforce + nCino solutions with focus on scalability, security, and business goals.
- Design and implement nCino Loan Origination System components, workflows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, and integration patterns.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, recommend improvements, and enforce best practices.
- Mentor developers and admins on design and solutioning.
- Support release management, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce, nCino, and integrated systems.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years Salesforce experience, including architecture or lead‑level roles.
- 3+ years hands‑on nCino implementation (Commercial, Retail, or SME banking).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, data model, security architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs.
- Experience designing complex middleware integrations (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Strong understanding of loan origination workflows, credit processes, and banking operations.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
- nCino certifications (preferred).
