Title : ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has strong process knowledge, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
Act as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
Support implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Validate solutions through UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices
Assist with data migration, reporting requirements, and change management
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years on ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, forms, and integrations
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in requirement documentation and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and testing
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
