Job Description
**Job Title** Cybersecurity Engineering Manager **Role Summary** Lead a team that secures integrated operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) environments within an energy platform, driving incident response, compliance, and security architecture across SCADA/ICS systems. **Expectations** - 7+ years in cybersecurity with hands‑on OT/ICS experience. - Demonstrated ownership of NERC CIP and/or SOX compliance. - Proven leadership of technical teams and vendor relationships. - Ability to brief senior executives and manage cross‑functional incidents. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and enforce security policies for SCADA/ICS and enterprise IT. 2. Manage incident response for OT and IT threats, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. 3. Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and hardening of field‑operation networks. 4. Lead security architecture reviews, network segmentation, and access controls for critical assets. 5. Drive continuous improvement of security monitoring (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint, IAM). 6. Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and SOX requirements, performing audits and remediation. 7. Mentor and grow the cybersecurity team, setting objectives and performance metrics. 8. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and risk teams on secure design and implementation. **Required Skills** - OT/ICS security and architecture (SCADA, PLC, DCS). - Network segmentation, firewalls, SIEM, endpoint, identity & access management. - Incident response and threat analysis. - NERC CIP and SOX compliance implementation. - Leadership and team management. - Vendor and stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications: GICSP, CISSP, or CISM (preferred; not mandatory if equivalent experience). ---
