Cybersecurity Engineering Manager | BKV Corporation | Denver or Fort Worth

BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV) is one of the largest natural gas producers in the Barnett Shale — and we're building something few energy companies can claim: a fully integrated, closed-loop energy platform spanning upstream production, midstream infrastructure, power generation, and carbon capture (CCUS).

That platform needs protecting. All of it.

This role is for the cybersecurity professional who has lived at the intersection of OT and IT — who knows what it means to secure a SCADA environment, not just describe one. Who has navigated NERC CIP and SOX compliance from the inside. Who can lead a team, own an incident response, and brief the C-suite — all in the same week.

You bring:

7+ years in cybersecurity with real OT/ICS hands-on experience
Deep familiarity with ICS/SCADA environments and network segmentation for field operations
NERC CIP and/or SOX compliance ownership — not just awareness
SIEM, firewall, endpoint, and identity/access management depth
Leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships
Energy sector background (upstream, midstream, utilities, or pipeline)
GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent — preferred, not required if your experience speaks for itself
