Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Account Manager – Eastern Canada **Role Summary:** Drive sales of PBS’s dealership management solutions across Eastern Canada by building and maintaining long‑term relationships with automotive dealership partners. Serve as the primary liaison to understand client needs, present tailored product offerings (maintenance, online scheduling, vehicle service contracts), and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. **Expectations:** - Up to 50 % travel within the assigned territory. - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional revenue goals. - Maintain accurate records in CRM throughout the sales cycle. - Deliver remote presentations and product demos to diverse audiences. - Resolve client issues promptly and act as a trusted advisor. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow relationships with new and existing dealership clients. - Explain and position PBS products to address client operational needs. - Identify and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Prepare and deliver proposals, follow through to close deals. - Conduct virtual product demonstrations and training sessions. - Provide problem‑solving support and assist with troubleshooting as needed. - Educate clients on webinars, events, and training resources. - Update and maintain CRM data to track pipeline and sales activities. - Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; confident presenter. - High technical aptitude with ability to learn and explain software solutions. - Proven problem‑solving and “think on your feet” capability. - Self‑starter with disciplined follow‑through on tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize workload. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary education (degree or diploma) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant experience in automotive DMS, customer service, account management, or business development is preferred.
