The Role

The Sales Account Manager - Eastern will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with dealership management, providing excellent customer service, and promoting and selling PBS products to our clients. You will be the liaison between external and internal clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our maintenance guide, online scheduling and vehicle service contract solutions according to client needs. You will be familiar with products relevant to the corporate development unit and be able to competently present a PBS solution to suit the customer’s needs. You are comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and video conference, and can effectively communicate the features and benefits as they relate to the customer’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain excellent client relationships with new and existing clients
Understand and be able to explain PBS products related to maintenance, online scheduling and vehicle service contracts
Generate a strong sales portfolio to attain sales targets and goals
Be able to identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
Generate proposals and ensure proper follow-through for completion
Identify customers’ needs, recommend solutions, and manage and resolve potential conflicts
Educate our customers on our conferences, events, training resources and workshops
Conduct remote presentations
Excellent Problem Solver with the ability to “think on your feet”
A self-starter who can learn quickly and always follow through on tasks
Assist in troubleshooting efforts and support activities, as needed
Update and maintain CRM databases as you move customers through the sales funnel
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Effective Communication and Presentation skills ae required for a wide variety of audiences

Qualifications

Post-secondary education, degree, or diploma
Strong technical aptitude
Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Ma nagement or Business Development roles would be an asset
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry coupled with knowledge and use of DMS products is also an excellent asset
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
