**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of a unified revenue operations framework within a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. Manage the end‑to‑end revenue process—from data integration and CRM adoption to forecasting, reporting, and compensation alignment—across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
**Expectations:**
* Deploy a scalable CRM and revenue operations tech stack that consolidates all GTM data sources.
* Achieve company-wide adoption of the unified system and deliver actionable insights to GTM leaders and executives.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, real‑time reporting, and ROI analysis for all growth initiatives.
* Design and maintain variable compensation programs that drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build and maintain a revenue operations tech stack, integrating data from Salesforce, marketing automation, ERP, and other systems to create a single source of truth.
* Administer and optimize Salesforce: data modeling, process automation, security, and integrations.
* Create and refine customer segmentation and ICP models within the CRM.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, GRR, NRR) tailored to executive and operational audiences.
* Conduct recurring forecast reviews with GTM leaders, communicating outcomes and defining action items.
* Support GTM strategy with cohort analysis, ROI calculation, and campaign performance reporting.
* Implement and manage variable compensation plans (SPIFFs, commissions) in a Compensation Management System.
* Document all processes, data flows, and best practices; train and enable GTM teams.
* Identify and resolve data gaps, ensuring high data quality and system integrity.
* Stay current on AI, analytics, and revenue operations technology trends, evaluating tools for potential adoption.
**Required Skills:**
* 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
* Expert Salesforce administration (setup, customization, workflow, reporting).
* Proven ability to implement and integrate multiple data sources into a unified system.
* Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, GRR, NRR).
* Experience designing and executing variable compensation programs that influence sales performance.
* Excellent data visualization, executive‑level reporting, and communication skills.
* Proactive problem‑solving mindset, handling complex data challenges efficiently.
* Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data enrichment and forecasting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
* Any additional certification in data analytics, revenue operations, or compensation management is a plus.
