Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Revenue Operations who will maximize the growth potential of our Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. You have built a robust foundation of revenue metrics and processes in your past work and are excited to do it again. At Citylitics, you will carry out our transition to a scalable CRM that serves and connects all GTM teams, along with the processes and operations involved in the customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role that will see you collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leaders to build systems and integrations to unify our GTM metrics. As part of our growing Finance team, you will quantify the revenue impact of all GTM activities and support GTM leaders on forecasting and leading indicators. Our vision of a unified Revenue Operations system will come to life as you connect multiple data sources and deliver reporting that teams readily adopt.

The position will be out of our Toronto Headquarters.

What Will You Accomplish? / How You Will Make An Immediate Impact:

Build a revenue operations tech stack that integrates all internal GTM data sources, and which is aligned with the company vision, market strategy and revenue growth goals
Implement an accurate and fully-adopted CRM that is at the heart of the revenue operations tech stack.
Participate in recurring forecast reviews with GTM leaders & company execs by communicating outcomes and action items.
Support GTM leaders to make strategy & operational decisions using real-time data and to determine the ROI impact of past GTM changes & decisions
Create customer segmentation in our CRM that aligns with the company's growth direction and ICP; Contribute to customer segmentation initiatives in Dash or Pendo in order to enable measuring the revenue impact of product launches
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of core RevOps metrics and forecasts that are actionable, visual, and audience-specific (executive, team leads, company-wide, GTM role specific). For example: conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, GRR and NRR
Help GTM leaders to forecast accurately and run effective campaigns & initiatives based on reliable CRM data and insightful cohort analysis
Implement comp plans and SPIFFs into a Compensation Management System
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Experience setting up new tools or systems for GTM teams and driving adoption, including Salesforce administration.
Technical knowhow to integrate different data sources in order to create a single source of truth for GTM metrics and revenue modelling.
Proven track record of cross-departmental process optimization with clear documentation and communication
Strong technical understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, cohort analysis, and SaaS revenue metrics
Has supported the implementation of variable compensation programs that were highly effective at driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication skills, including thoughtful data visualization and executive-level reporting
Relentless and resourceful at overcoming data gaps and complexity with efficiency
Practical experience leveraging AI tools and stays informed on emerging technol
