Job Description
Job title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate digital marketing initiatives across multiple live events, ensuring cohesive website, email, and social strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. Works closely with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to optimize user experience and deliver data‑driven insights. Expectations: - Manage daily digital asset upkeep and performance. - Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to stakeholders. - Foster continuous improvement of digital touchpoints. - Build and maintain audience segments for personalized campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance event websites using CMS (e.g., CORE CMS, WordPress), applying SEO best practices. - Execute SEM, keyword research, link building, and on‑page SEO tactics. - Develop, segment, and send email and e‑blast campaigns; conduct A/B testing and manage automation workflows. - Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adestra for web and campaign tracking. - Analyze database analytics to inform personalization and marketing strategy. - Produce performance reports for email and web metrics, highlighting insights and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with design, creative, brand, and show director teams on content and UX needs. - Coordinate with agencies to launch search and social campaigns, and to update mobile app content. - Ensure digital assets launch on schedule and that all platforms function defect‑free. Required Skills: - CMS administration (CORE CMS, WordPress, etc.). - SEO & SEM fundamentals, including keyword research and link building. - Email marketing platforms (Adestra, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and automation, segmentation, A/B testing. - Web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). - Data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. - Project management, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Strong written and verbal communication, content publishing. - Problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and proactive optimization. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Certifications preferred: Google Analytics, HubSpot Email Marketing, or equivalent digital marketing credentials.
