Job Title: Chief Operations Officer Role Summary: Lead global operational strategy, delivering excellence across onshore and offshore teams. Expectations: - 15+ years senior leadership in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise transformation. - Proven track record managing global technical teams, scaling operations, and implementing public‑sector IT solutions. - Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, risk management, and mentoring ability. - Fluency in Agile methodologies and professional service delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute scalable global operational plans for delivery, resource management, and service execution. 2. Oversee onshore and offshore team performance, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. 3. Partner with HR, finance, and business development to align resources, budgets, and talent strategy. 4. Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation across all projects. 5. Represent the company in client interactions, articulating value and reinforcing credibility. 6. Drive risk management, compliance, and quality standards across all service lines.
