Job Description

Job title: Senior Solution Architect Role Summary: Technical lead driving solution design, pre‑sales engagement, and value‑driven campaigns for Druva’s data security cloud. Collaborates with sales, partners, and customers to translate complex SaaS capabilities into business outcomes and accelerate revenue growth. Expactations: - 12+ years in technical customer‑facing roles, 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Pre‑Sales Architect. - Proven track record of overachievement on net‑new revenue targets and pipeline rigor. - Strong ownership mindset within a collaborative environment; able to prioritize in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Account Managers to craft and deliver targeted sales campaigns and technical presentations to prospects. - Build and maintain relationships with alliance and partner resources; provide enablement and evangelism of Druva solutions. - Engage regional customers, support technical sales motions, and deliver post‑sales technical guidance. - Contribute to global technical content, proposals, and knowledge bases. - Travel up to 25 % for client or partner engagements. Required Skills: - Deep technical expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), Active Directory, SSO, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), SAN/NAS storage, backup/restore of file & MSSQL servers. - Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, bandwidth). - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud‑based SaaS practices. - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and risk‑abatement skills. - Fast learner, results‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) preferred but not mandatory. ---
