**Job Title:** Global Senior Product Manager, Single Cell Multiomics
**Role Summary:**
Lead product management and marketing for BD’s single‑cell multiomics platform, shaping strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success worldwide.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver market‑driven product roadmaps and value propositions that meet research and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve launch targets, revenue goals, and adoption metrics through effective pricing, evidence generation, and collateral.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, scientific partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide data‑backed recommendations to continuously improve marketing performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze complex biology samples to define world‑class solution requirements.
- Conduct market, competitive, and white‑space analyses; define segments, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop target product profiles, prioritize initiatives, and advance projects with R&D and cross‑functional teams.
- Lead strategic product portfolio planning and identify expansion opportunities.
- Create and execute launch excellence plans, including global pricing, evidence generation, and launch kits.
- Monitor key performance indicators; adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Coordinate global communication and marketing collateral across teams.
- Represent the product at conferences, customer events, and industry forums.
- Capture customer feedback and champion it within product development and engineering.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, and bioinformatics.
- Proven product management and marketing experience (5+ years), including upstream and downstream activities.
- Demonstrated success in new‑product development and launch execution.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and strong communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across R&D, engineering, commercial, and global teams.
- Customer‑focused mindset with experience building and nurturing key scientific relationships.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum: M.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
- Relevant certifications in product management or marketing are a plus.
