Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Solution Architect (Senior) **Role Summary:** Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for the Financial Services sector. Drive end‑to‑end end‑user and system integration, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and cloud best practices across Salesforce and Microsoft Azure ecosystems. **Expectations:** - Lead technical vision and architecture strategy for all Salesforce initiatives. - Translate business requirements into performant, maintainable technical solutions within Financial Services regulations. - Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in Salesforce releases and Azure cloud innovations to continuously recommend enhancements. - Deliver comprehensive documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud, Lightning components, and related modules. - Design data models, security configurations, and automation strategies that comply with financial regulatory requirements. - Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.) ensuring seamless data flow and governance. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate technical feasibility and business alignment. - Provide guidance on scalability, performance, and maintainability best practices. - Conduct solution walkthroughs, code reviews, and produce technical documentation. - Continuously monitor Salesforce and Azure releases, recommending architecture upgrades and improvements. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Lightning components, and related architectures. - Strong integration experience between Salesforce and Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management). - Proficiency in data modeling, security, governance, and automation within Salesforce. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentorship capabilities. - Familiarity with financial compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credential. - Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals AZ‑900 or relevant technical specialty). - Significant professional experience designing Salesforce solutions for the Financial Services industry.
