**Job Title:** Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads the development and execution of medium‑ to large‑scale product marketing strategies, campaigns, and go‑to‑market plans. Conducts user and market research, defines positioning, messaging, and user journeys, and collaborates cross‑functionally to drive product adoption and revenue growth while championing inclusive team practices.
**Expectations:**
- Operate with minimal supervision, delivering high‑quality output on time.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Provide expert product knowledge and act as a reference point for tools, processes, and strategy.
- Foster psychological safety, DEI outcomes, and inclusive decision‑making within the team.
- Track and report quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure impact against OKRs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop marketing plans, positioning, and messaging for target audiences across regions/functions.
- Design, launch, and optimize medium‑to‑large campaigns, assets, and communications; select and manage distribution channels.
- Define and manage user research initiatives, partnering with internal/external research providers.
- Validate market size, opportunity, and competitive landscape; build business cases and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Create product brand positioning, value propositions, and narrative frameworks aligned with product strategy.
- Produce and iterate marketing content (copy, design, collateral) in collaboration with creative and production teams.
- Track product and business metrics (e.g., active users, revenue, growth) and provide insights for product and marketing decisions.
- Advocate for user experience improvements and incorporate user feedback into product development.
- Serve as a junior expert to cross‑functional partners, offering market analysis and trend forecasts.
- Promote inclusive meetings and collaborative environments, modeling DEI best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and research abilities (qualitative & quantitative).
- Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel product marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at storytelling and positioning.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM tools.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and business cases.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership.
- Project management and prioritization in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (minimum).
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Product Marketing Manager, Google Analytics) are a plus.
