Digital Marketing Manager (Senior)
**Role Summary**
Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for the UAE market. Translate global brand priorities into localized campaigns, manage the regional website and social media presence, optimize the digital funnel, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive lead generation and brand equity.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable ROI across web, social, and paid channels.
- Align digital initiatives with business priorities and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and external agencies.
- Maintain high‑quality content and consistency with global brand guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimize and maintain UAE websites for local relevance and lead capture.
- Identify and implement high‑growth digital opportunities, owning performance optimization.
- Partner with regional teams to develop social media strategies aligned with local business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging LinkedIn content, tailoring tone and cultural nuances.
- Own and update the regional social calendar, synchronizing with global initiatives.
- Track performance via dashboards; generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross‑channel synergy among paid, organic, and other digital teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, data‑driven reporting.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in social media tools (Sprout Social, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns.
- Mastery of omnichannel best practices: SEO, SEM, display, programmatic, content marketing, on‑site personalization, email, chat.
- Hands‑on digital marketing technology (Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua, Marketo).
- Strong analytics: Tableau, Sigma, Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with data management platforms and first‑/third‑party data use.
- Familiarity with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and project management software (Workfront).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and/or Sprout Social (preferred).
- Additional credentials in SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, or data analytics are advantageous.
