Expectations: Maintain a high-quality, scalable Salesforce environment; lead enterprise‑wide CRM projects; collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver solutions that increase efficiency and user satisfaction; serve as the primary liaison for Salesforce support and change management. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and automate Salesforce solutions for 200+ users. - Execute deployments across development, staging, and production environments. - Perform user acceptance testing and QA to ensure optimal user experience. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to align CRM initiatives with business goals. - Resolve Salesforce support cases, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with IT partners. - Drive enterprise portfolio projects, prioritizing and delivering measurable outcomes. - Communicate complex technical solutions in clear, business‑friendly language.
