Job Description
Job Title: C# Developer – Financial Services Role Summary Design, develop, and maintain .NET‑based software for financial services workflows. Deliver secure, scalable solutions through agile practices and full lifecycle participation, from requirements to deployment and production support. Expectations - Work within an agile team to produce high‑quality code on schedule. - Maintain compliance with industry security and regulatory standards. - Provide ongoing production support to ensure system stability. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and related technologies. - Analyze requirements, design solutions, implement code, and deploy releases. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. - Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and application issues. - Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of development processes. - Support production environments, monitor performance, and respond to incidents. Required Skills - 3+ years of professional C#/.NET development experience. - Proficiency with C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and object‑oriented programming. - Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. Preferred Skills - Experience in financial services (capital markets, trading, wealth management, risk, or middle/back‑office platforms). - Knowledge of security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI‑DSS, or GDPR.
