Job Title: C# Developer – Financial Services

Hybrid - 70% onsite downtown Montreal

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled C# Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting financial services workflows and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET technologies and be capable of working in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, resilient, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to financial applications
Contribute to code reviews and drive continuous improvement of development processes
Support production environments as required to ensure system stability and availability

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience as a C#/.NET software developer
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and object-oriented

Preferred Skills

Financial services experience is highly beneficial — capital markets, trading systems, wealth management, risk, or middle/back-office platforms
