Senior Manager – Digital Marketing & Customer Success
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel digital marketing programs while delivering an outstanding customer journey that drives lead generation, client retention, and revenue growth across multiple markets.
**Expectations**
- Achieve measurable, high‑ ROI marketing results and client satisfaction KPIs.
- Grow the client portfolio through upsell and cross‑sell of SaaS and marketing solutions.
- Build and mentor a high‑performance marketing team of at least 10 professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies for paid media (Google, Meta, etc.), email, social, display, and content marketing.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and platforms’ best practices.
- Manage a cross‑functional team of specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and resource allocation.
- Oversee end‑to‑end client journeys, monitoring adoption, performance and proactively resolving issues.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, customer health metrics, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as senior escalation point for client concerns, maintaining open communication and timely resolution.
- Present strategies, results, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, positioning the firm as a trusted growth partner.
- Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross‑selling of SaaS, marketing, and learning solutions.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for efficient campaign execution and team productivity.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of scalable processes, standards, and best practices supporting business growth.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and organic channels (email, social, content).
- Strong analytical capability: ROI measurement, KPI tracking, data interpretation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams (10+ members) and manage simultaneous client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with marketing technology stacks and CRM systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Marketing, or similar) are strongly preferred.
