Pay: $85,000- 95000 + 15% performance bonus

Position Overview
The Director of Marketing & Customer Success is responsible for driving measurable client growth, retention, and satisfaction through high-performing marketing execution and a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
This role leads high-performing technical marketing and client-facing teams, oversees the delivery of high-volume, performance-driven campaigns, and serves as a senior point of contact for key customers. Success in this role is measured by lead generation, ROI, client retention, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value.
This is a 5 days/week, in-office position based in Mississauga, ON.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies that generate consistent, predictable leads and sales for clients across global markets.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (Google, Meta, and other platforms), email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and client-facing team members, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and processes required to deliver results at scale.
Own the end-to-end client experience, ensuring marketing execution, platform adoption, and ongoing optimization are aligned with client business goals.
Analyze key metrics and deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, customer health, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Actively manage and strengthen client relationships, serving as a senior escalation point and ensuring timely, professional responses to customer feedback.
Participate in client pitch proposals, strategic reviews, and high-value client engagements, representing BoomerangFX as a trusted growth partner.
Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling across BoomerangFX’s SaaS, marketing, and learning solutions.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Develop and manage the digital marketing services budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
Establish scalable processes, performance standards, and best practices to support rapid growth and consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
5+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a marketing or agency environment.
5+ years of experience in leadership and team management of 10+ members.
