Job Description
**Job title** Customer Implementation Consultant **Role Summary** Acts as the primary client interface during SaaS onboarding, gathering requirements, translating them into functional specs, validating deliverables, and ensuring smooth implementation. Works collaboratively with technical teams to configure and test solutions, while documenting processes and driving continuous improvement. **Expectations** - 3–5 years in project delivery, business analysis, or SaaS implementation. - Deep understanding of project lifecycle and SDLC concepts. - Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications. - Proficiency in communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management. - Self‑starter with agility to work without rigid frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as client point of contact throughout onboarding and implementation. - Elicit, clarify, and document requirements from stakeholders. - Translate requirements into functional specifications for development, QA, and technical teams. - Validate deliverables, perform light configuration, and support testing. - Troubleshoot issues, escalating when necessary, and guide clients through platform usage. - Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure a seamless experience. - Produce and maintain documentation: user guides, process flows, implementation notes. - Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. **Required Skills** - Project delivery and business analysis expertise. - Strong communication and stakeholder management. - Technical liaison skills between non‑technical users and engineering teams. - Problem‑solving and independent decision making. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or system configuration. - Knowledge of PMLC frameworks and SDLC artifacts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or relevant SaaS implementation credentials are a plus.
