Customer Implementation Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Liberty Village)

Type: Hybrid up to 2 Days/Week in Office

Salary: $90,000/ann

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Customer Implementation Consultant to support the successful customization, onboarding, and configuration of client-facing SaaS-based software solutions. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, business analysis, and technical implementation.

You’ll work closely with technical and non- technical clients to understand their needs, translate requirements for internal technical teams, validate solutions, and ensure a smooth, high-quality implementation experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who aspires to a career in project management, enjoys learning, solving problems in real time, and taking initiative without waiting to be directed.

What You’ll Do

Act as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation.
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from client stakeholders.
Translate client needs into clear functional specifications for developers, QA, and technical teams.
Validate deliverables, perform light configuration, and support testing to ensure the solution meets requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and help clients navigate the platform confidently.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure a seamless client experience (without strict project frameworks).
Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, process flows, and implementation notes.
Contribute to process improvements as you identify gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring client needs.

What You Bring

3–5 years’ experience in project delivery, business analysis, customer onboarding, SaaS implementations, or a related client-facing technical role.
Ability to understand business needs, ask the right questions, and translate requirements clearly.
Exposure to project management lifecycle (PMLC) frameworks, and/or software development lifecycles (SDLC) and related artifacts and documentation.
Comfortable acting as a liaison between non-technical users and internal technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to figure things out independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or system configuration is a plus.
Curiosity, a desire to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Who Thrives Here

You’ll be a great fit if you are:
A self-starter who jumps in, takes ownership, and learns rapidly.
A strong communicator who can simplify complexity for clients.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make progress without rigid structure.
Highly collaborative and eager to brainstorm ideas and explore possibilities with like minded peers.
Someone who enjoys both the customer-facing and technical sides of implementations.
Energized by problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering a great experience.

What You Can Expect

A role where you can make a real impact, grow your project management and delivery skills, technical and analytical capabilities, and build meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams. If you’re someone who takes initiative, loves learning, and thrives in a hands-on role, we’d love to meet you.
