**Job Title:**
Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure programs for manufacturing facilities and enterprise environments. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and continuity requirements while coordinating with facilities, engineering, vendors, and senior leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Manage complex, cross‑functional infrastructure projects (8+ years experience).
- Deliver on‑time, on‑budget, and risk‑controlled outcomes.
- Translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders and provide executive reporting.
- Maintain business continuity for factory operations and enterprise IT.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define program charters, scopes, milestones, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
- Create detailed execution plans aligned with production schedules and deployment windows.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Facilities teams, and external vendors on construction and expansion work.
- Facilitate cross‑functional design sessions with manufacturing/ME engineers, network engineers, SRE/DevOps, facilities designers, and low‑voltage designers.
- Oversee implementation and refresh of enterprise LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS, multi‑site connectivity, server, storage, backup, data‑center, DR, AD, and OS upgrade projects.
- Capture manufacturing and business requirements accurately.
- Apply disciplined project‑management methodologies (Smartsheet, Jira) to control scope, cost, and schedule.
- Identify risks early; develop mitigation and commissioning plans.
- Communicate progress and issues across all organization levels.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven partnership with General Contractors and Facilities on manufacturing construction and data‑center build‑outs.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27, AV, telecom, and construction drawings (industrial & office).
- Deep network expertise in industrial settings (LAN/WLAN, multi‑site networking).
- Experience with server, storage, backup, DR, Active Directory, and OS upgrade implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration strategies.
- Hands‑on experience integrating OT (plant‑floor) systems with enterprise IT.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and independent decision‑making.
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive‑level reporting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure project/program management experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred but not mandatory.
