Job Description
**Job Title:** Analyst, Plant Support **Role Summary:** Deliver first- and second-level IT support for plant operations, managing ticket resolution, device provisioning, and Microsoft 365 services. Responsible for maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID, ensuring endpoint security compliance, and supporting technology rollouts across multiple sites. **Expactations:** - Resolve user issues within defined SLA timelines. - Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation. - Keep up-to-date with ITIL best practices and platform updates. - Provide clear, concise communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prioritize and close tickets via ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM). - Provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, and network problems. - Deploy, configure, and image desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using tools such as Autopilot, Intune, and MDT. - Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and troubleshoot related issues. - Manage Active Directory/Entra ID accounts, group policies, and MFA settings. - Implement endpoint security policies and monitor device compliance. - Track and reconcile IT asset inventory; coordinate equipment shipments. - Document solutions and best practices in ServiceNow. - Assist with plant‑wide technology rollouts and process improvements. - Travel to other plant sites as required. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 administration. - Strong fundamentals of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking. - Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and remote support tools. - Effective troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service abilities. - Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely. - Bilingual (French & English) a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - College diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field. - Professional certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator (or equivalent). - 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
