**Job Title:** Spare Truck Driver **Role Summary:** Deliver finished products and pick up raw materials from the mill while ensuring safe, legal loading, accurate record‑keeping, and professional customer interactions. Support warehouse operations as an order picker when required, maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment safety, and continuous improvement procedures. **Expectations:** - Maintain commercial driver’s license eligibility and comply with DOT and local traffic regulations. - Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and a courteous, professional demeanor. - Adapt to flexible hours and serve as a dependable backup driver. **Key Responsibilities:** - Transport finished goods to customers and haul raw materials from the mill. - Secure loads, perform safety checks, and operate loading equipment (cranes, boom, lift truck, side loader). - Scan, bill, finalize and complete trip sheets or electronic logs. - Maintain vehicle condition reports, maintenance records, and repair logs. - Conduct safe unloading procedures and manage customer payments when necessary. - Ensure accurate inventory tagging, material staging, and location updates. - Inspect lifting equipment daily and report non‑conforming products or equipment. - Perform housekeeping, create required reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Train new employees and assist with other management–assigned tasks. **Required Skills:** - Valid commercial driver’s license (DZ) and 3+ years of hauling and securing steel products. - Proficient use of barcode scanners, D365, electronic logbooks, and mapping tools. - Excellent vision, hearing, hand/leg coordination, and judgment of distance/clearances. - Strong written and oral communication; effective time‑management and teamwork. - Physical stamina for moderate repetitive motions and lifting ½–100 lb items. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent work experience. - Commercial driver’s license (DZ). - Qualified operation certificates for remote cranes, boom, lift truck, side loader, and related warehouse equipment.

**Job Title:** Analyst, Plant Support **Role Summary:** Deliver first- and second-level IT support for plant operations, managing ticket resolution, device provisioning, and Microsoft 365 services.
