Job title: ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Consultant
Role Summary: Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules to support enterprise IT operations. Lead end‑to‑end implementations, shape architecture, and guide stakeholders through best‑practice adoption and governance.
Expectations: Deliver scalable, high‑quality ServiceNow solutions that align with ITIL processes and enterprise needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, data integrity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow implementations focused on ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfilment) and ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Design and configure CMDB data models, governance, and integration with monitoring, cloud, and asset tools.
- Gather requirements, translate into solutions, and conduct workshops with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure CMDB health, data accuracy, and best‑practice integration.
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
Required Skills:
- Hands‑on ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
- CMDB design, data modeling, and governance expertise.
- Ability to lead workshops, conduct requirement analysis, and manage client interactions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, CIS, etc.) highly preferred.
- Experience with integrations to monitoring tools, cloud platforms, or asset management systems.
