**Job Title** Director, IT Infrastructure Operations **Role Summary** Strategic leader responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure services (network, systems, and database). Oversees multiple senior managers, ensures high availability, security, and scalability of platforms that support resort operations and corporate initiatives, and provides guidance for infrastructure‑impacting projects and investments. **Expectations** - Execute a 3‑year technology strategy that aligns with business growth and operational resilience. - Maintain service levels with defined SLAs, KPIs, and proactive incident management. - Drive cost‑effective operations through budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor performance. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within scope, and secure compliance. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Operational Leadership** - Oversee day‑to‑day operations of network, systems, and database teams. - Establish and enforce runbooks, SOPs, and playbooks. - Define, monitor, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and incident metrics. 2. **Organizational Leadership** - Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior managers and their teams. - Set departmental goals, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of accountability. - Determine staffing needs, allocate resources, and reprioritize work streams. 3. **Project & Initiative Support** - Provide strategic direction for infrastructure‑related initiatives (capital expansions, M&A integrations, resort projects). - Coordinate with enterprise, resort, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. 4. **Governance & Compliance** - Enforce enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory policies. - Partner with IT Security, Compliance & Privacy on audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. 5. **Financial & Vendor Management** - Own operational budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization. - Negotiate contracts, assess vendor performance, and manage third‑party relationships. **Required Skills** - Leadership & Talent Development - Strategic Planning & Roadmap Execution - Network, Systems, and Database Administration - SLA/KPI Design & Analytics - Budgeting & Cost Management - Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management - Governance, Risk & Compliance - Project Management (Agile/Scrum & Waterfall) - Strong Communication and Cross‑Functional Collaboration **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. - Certifications such as ITIL® V3/V4, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent highly preferred. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern infrastructure automation tools is a plus.
