Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and GTM roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience and alignment with organizational culture while supporting global hiring and onboarding initiatives. Expectations: - Partner with hiring managers to clarify role specifications and sourcing strategies. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for software engineering, data, product design, marketing, sales, and creative positions. - Deliver high‑quality candidate experiences that reflect company values. - Provide hiring analytics and continuous improvement recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and extend offers for diverse roles. - Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach to onboarding, coordinating interviews and feedback. - Develop and refine recruitment messaging and employer branding across platforms. - Coordinate onboarding logistics, documentation, compliance, and 30/60/90‑day check‑ins. - Support people operations workflows, including employee documentation and compliance tracking. - Collaborate on culture initiatives: events, engagement programs, and recognition efforts. - Track and analyze hiring metrics (time‑to‑fill, candidate experience scores) and report findings to leadership. Required Skills: - 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting in fast‑paced tech or SaaS environments, ideally AI or startup contexts. - Successful hiring record for technical, marketing, sales, and creative roles, both domestic and international. - Strong command of ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche tech boards). - Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and employment law across jurisdictions. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proficiency with HRIS, documentation management, and data‑driven decision making. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred). - Valid recruitment or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI PCC) is a plus. ---
