Job Title: Adaptive Learning Developer Role Summary: Lead the transformation of 200+ simulation‑based eLearning courses into adaptive, scenario‑led learning journeys for maritime professionals. Design complex branching, variable‑driven pathways in Articulate Storyline while ensuring technical accuracy and engagement through close SME collaboration. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality adaptive courses within the defined Scope of Work, maintaining consistency across a large‑scale redevelopment program. Work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet quality and timeline targets. Key Responsibilities: - Convert existing simulation content into adaptive learning journeys. - Design branching scenarios, variables, and logic in Articulate Storyline. - Create role‑based decision pathways (e.g., captain‑level judgement scenarios). - Build immersive, scenario‑led digital experiences aligned with real‑world maritime operations. - Structure content into scalable, repeatable adaptive templates. - Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across the learning library. - Collaborate with SMEs to verify accuracy and realism; translate technical content into engaging learning. - Participate in iterative review cycles and refine courses per feedback. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (branching, variables, complex logic). - Proven experience designing and developing adaptive learning solutions. - Strong instructional design capabilities and course architecture skills. - Familiarity with maritime, defense, or other highly technical/regulated sectors (desirable). - Ability to manage high‑volume content redevelopment and maintain scalability. - Excellent attention to detail and independent work within defined SOW. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with SMEs and stakeholders. **Job Title** Learning Content Manager **Role Summary** Day‑to‑day owner of learning content for a global Early Careers and Onboarding portfolio. Oversees content quality, structure, and relevance across 60+ transition academies, manages the content roadmap and backlog, and ensures accurate, up‑to‑date materials on the Degreed platform. Analyzes usage data, coordinates updates with stakeholders, and integrates emerging AI tools into content creation and management processes. **Expectations** - Deliver a fully refreshed, current content library within the 9‑month contract period. - Maintain continuous content quality and version control. - Implement a learning content roadmap aligned with evolving business priorities. - Integrate AI‑driven tools and workflows to improve content efficiency. - Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the Learning Product Lead. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own overall health and quality of Early Careers and onboarding learning content. 2. Manage the content roadmap, backlog, approvals, and version control. 3.
