The Client

Our client is a global management consulting firm operating across Europe and North America. As part of continued investment into their Early Careers and Onboarding learning portfolio, they are looking for a Learning Content Manager / Product Specialist to support the quality, structure, and evolution of learning content across their global academy programmes.

Their Early Careers programmes include 60+ transition academies that support new consultants as they join the business. This role will help ensure the content across these programmes remains current, effective, and aligned with business priorities.

The Role

This is a content-focused Learning & Development role sitting within the Early Careers product team and reporting to the Learning Product Lead. The position will act as the day-to-day owner of learning content across the portfolio, ensuring materials remain accurate, up to date, and well-structured across the organisation’s learning platforms. Working with a product mindset, you will manage the learning content roadmap and backlog, coordinate updates across stakeholders, and ensure learning pathways remain effective and aligned to the organisation’s evolving needs.

A key initial focus will be updating and refreshing existing learning content, as well as supporting the transition of programmes as the organisation introduces new AI tools that will impact how content is created and managed.
