**Job Title**
Senior Endpoint Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, build, migrate, secure, and optimize enterprise endpoint environments. Lead end‑to‑end management across Windows, iOS, and Android devices using Intune/Endpoint Manager and SCCM/CCM, ensuring high reliability, compliance, and modern deployment practices.
**Expactations**
* Demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise beyond basic administration.
* Clearly describe current environment, past improvements, and future modernization plans.
* Provide concrete examples of migration (SCCM → Intune), Autopilot builds, and packaging strategies.
* Recommend best‑practice endpoint ecosystem designs and articulate trade‑offs.
* Act as a proactive, self‑starter who collaborates with Security, Identity, and support teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for laptops, desktops, iOS (supervised), and Android BYOD.
* Create and manage device policies, OS/ iOS patching schedules, and compliance rules.
* Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications across the enterprise via Company Portal or SCCM.
* Lead migration of hundreds of packages from SCCM to Intune, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Configure and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Copilot, and Azure AD (Entra ID) integrations.
* Manage iOS/Android MDM, Apple Business Manager enrollment, supervision, and integration.
* Resolve deployment failures, endpoint configuration issues, and print‑environment (Papercut) problems.
* Collaborate with Security to implement conditional access, mobile device security, and identity policies.
* Automate deployment and patching workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
**Required Skills**
* Expert level Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration.
* Windows Autopilot and Windows Copilot configuration.
* SCCM / CCM experience, especially migration to Intune.
* iOS and Android MDM, Apple Business Manager integration.
* Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and conditional access.
* Application packaging, deployment, and compliance policy management.
* PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft and Apple endpoint ecosystems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred).
* Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate (preferred).
* CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification (preferred).
