Job Title: Senior Endpoint Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL (3days a week onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Job description:

We need candidates who can speak in specific, hands-on detail about how they design, build, migrate, secure, and optimize endpoint environments… not just high-level administration.
Hands-on engineering role supporting enterprise endpoint environment
Focus on building, packaging, patching, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting

Core Technical Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration
Device management:
Laptops & desktops
iOS (supervised iPhones, COBO & BYOD)
Android BYOD
Endpoint management:
Policy creation & management
OS & iOS patching
Application deployment & packaging
Compliance and mobile device security
SCCM / CCM experience strongly preferred
Organization moving toward Windows copilot; should have experience is configuring and setup.
Need engineer who can help design and execute migration
100s of packages moving from SCCM to Intune
Manage packages in company portal & resolve deployment issues
Build engineering: packaging software, patching, deployment automation
Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, and configuration issues
Support print environment (Papercut)
Work closely with Security around Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity policies
Exposure to Azure Telephony and AV programs (team-supported)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong hands-on endpoint engineering background
Deep technical knowledge (not just admin-level)
Can clearly articulate:
How they manage environments today
What they’ve improved
What they would modernize
Comfortable recommending better ways to manage endpoint ecosystems
Self-starter, proactive, and technically curious

Must-Have Technical Skills

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (expert level)
Windows Auopilot
SCCM / CCM
iOS / Android MDM
Entra ID (Azure AD)
Application packaging & deployment
Compliance policies & mobile security
Microsoft Endpoint ecosystem & Apple ecosystem
Intune + Apple Business Manager relationship (enrollment, supervision, integration)
PowerShell scripting
Windows Copilot exposure is a plus
