Job Description
Job title: Network Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize large‑scale enterprise network infrastructures, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Lead network upgrades, documentation, and incident resolution while collaborating with cross‑functional IT teams. Expectations - Architect scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs. - Maintain network documentation and SOPs. - Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex connectivity and security issues. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and implement secure, high‑performing network architectures (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls). 2. Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and performance optimizations. 3. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, configuration documents, and SOPs. 4. Monitor network health, apply firmware updates, patches, and configuration changes. 5. Deploy and manage advanced monitoring tools (e.g., Logic Monitor, Wireshark). 6. Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security incidents; provide Tier 3 support. 7. Analyze traffic patterns, performance metrics, and security risks to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities. 8. Implement firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and Zscaler security controls. 9. Conduct vulnerability assessments, audits, and risk analyses for compliance. 10. Lead or contribute to major network initiatives and project deliveries. 11. Collaborate with infrastructure teams on new application and technology deployments. 12. Keep current on networking trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills - Advanced knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Proficiency with enterprise networking hardware (routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls). - Strong grasp of network security technologies (VPNs, IDS/IPS, Zscaler). - Hands‑on experience with network monitoring (Logic Monitor, Wireshark). - Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure). - Experience with SD‑WAN, Meraki, ISE, wireless, and switching technologies. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. **Job title** ServiceNow Lead Developer (CIS‑FSM Certified) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end customization and development on the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable, secure solutions for customer service (CSM), field service (FSM), and supply‑chain operations (SOM). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust applications, scripts, and integrations using both pro‑code and low‑code/no‑code tooling. **Expactations** - Design and implement application architecture that aligns with enterprise security, governance, and scalability standards. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality. - Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders with clear documentation. - Proactively stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. 2. Develop workflows, client‑ and server‑side scripts, and REST/JSON integrations. 3.
